Garlic Parmesan Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients

for 4 servings

  • 3 heads broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ cup vegetarian parmesan cheese(25 g)
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200ºC).
  2. Separate the crowns and snip off any leaves of the broccoli.
  3. On a prepared baking sheet, combine broccoli and remaining ingredients. Mix evenly.
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
  6. Enjoy!
